1. What makes ViaMilan different from other suit brands?
ViaMilan combines Milan-inspired design with premium craftsmanship—at a smarter price. We offer tailored fits, optional personal monogramming, and we cover your first alteration (up to $30) to ensure a great fit.


2. Are your suits off-the-rack or custom?
ViaMilan suits are ready-to-wear, but crafted with a tailored fit in mind. We use measured sizing for a clean, modern silhouette that’s easy to refine locally if needed.


3. Do you offer alterations?
We don’t offer in-house tailoring, but we’ll cover your first alteration—up to $30—to ensure your fit feels just right.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Take your ViaMilan piece to a local tailor within 60 days of delivery.

  2. Have the necessary adjustments made (e.g., hemming, tapering, sleeve tweaks).

  3. Take a clear photo of the itemized receipt.

  4. Email the following to support@viamilan.com:
     - Your order number
     - A photo of the receipt
     - Your tailor’s name, shop name, and contact info

  5. We’ll process your reimbursement (up to $30) within 7 business days back to your original payment method.


4. Can I add a monogram to my suit?
Yes—many of our pieces include the option to add a personal monogram during checkout. It’s a simple way to make your suit uniquely yours.


5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition. Please note: monogrammed or altered garments are final sale.


6. How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days within the U.S. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.


7. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the U.S., with plans to expand internationally soon. Stay tuned!
